You also agree that members of Inklings Guild and Poets in the Pub may store your work on their personal devices for a reasonable length of time so that they may perform the critique. You also consent to allow members who have reviewed your work to submit or upload your content back to InklingsGuild.com for distribution back to you, the original submitter.
All rights and copyright claims to a member’s work reside with that member or the original claimant to the work. Neither InklingsGuild.com nor its members bear any responsibility for protecting the copyright of the work, personal details, file metadata, or other information that you upload to the website.
You, the submitter of original work, are responsible for enforcing any copyright that you claim over your content. You agree to give reasonable time to all members and administrators to comply with requests for removal, deletion, or modification of your work stored on personal devices.
When requesting the removal, deletion, or modification of your work stored or hosted on the InklingsGuild.com website, you agree to give InklingsGuild.com administrators reasonable notice, not to be less than 1 business day, to comply with your request. All requests must be submitted via the InklingsGuild.com contact form or written and signed and submitted to an administrator in person at an official Inklings Guild or Poets in the Pub meeting.
Downloading Content
By viewing content by members of InklingsGuild.com, or by receiving (“downloading”) to your device, you agree to agree to observe that member’s expectation of privacy. You also agree to take responsibility for the physical and digital security of that member’s content while on your personal device. You agree to delete or otherwise remove their content from your device within a reasonable amount of time from the date of access or download.
You also agree not to claim any copyright over their content or to use it in any capacity without their express written permission. You agree to forfeit any claim to the suggestions or feedback that you give to other members.

Any instance or attempt to redistribute, copy, or claim as your own the work of another member will be reviewed by InklingsGuild.com administrators and reported to relevant authorities as required by United States law.
Promotion
Neither InklingsGuild.com nor its administrators will use content on private, limited-access, or other privileged parts of the website for promotional or educational purposes without prior written authorization from its author or copyright holder.
